Position Information:
Project Name: Global Development Operations – Business Intelligence and Analytics Project (GDO-BIA)
Project Description: Develop a comprehensive ad hock model and a set of fixed (very complex) reports and dashboards against a new GDO data warehouse.
Anticipated Start Date: 3/26 for first, 4/9 for second End Date:Oct. 31 but likely to extend through end of year
Skills/Experience Required: One senior Cognos Developer* 7 to 10 years Cognos experience with specific background in complex Cognos framework model development. * Likely a technical lead or reporting architect on other projects. * Knowledge of data warehousing concepts needed. * Very strong customer relationship skills needed.

Staff Accountant needed for stable company - Room For Growth

· Managing the accounts payable coding and payment approval process.
· Executing bank reconciliations and general ledger journal entries.
· Participating in the monthly close process.
· Assisting with financial statement, budget and operating performance analysis.
· Supporting the annual external audit process.
· Participating in special projects including senior management reporting, vendor performance and benchmarking.


· An undergraduate accounting major and/or a minimum 3 years of accounting experience with a small to mid-size company.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Expert Real Estate Apprentice

Get paid a GREAT salary and bonus while getting trained and licensed to become an Expert Local Realtor; and be on a career path to earn $100K within six months.

Step 1: Be chosen to be among the select few apprentices who will work as a paid Realtor Assistant while being trained and going to school three nights a week at our State of the Art Training facility.

Step 2: Must be willing and dedicated to work 40 hours plus go to school 9 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm for five weeks.

Step 5: Earn $8,000 to $12,000 per month as a professional licensed Expert Local Agent.
